Customs Clearance (If applicable)

When the package reaches your destination country, it is reviewed by local customs. Depending on your country's regulations, customs duties or taxes may apply. This does not happen for every shipment and depends on factors such as declared value and product category.

Customs Notification & Payment (If applicable)

If customs charges apply, your local postal service or customs authority will contact you directly, usually before delivery, with instructions on how to pay. In some cases, payment may be requested at the time of delivery.

Final Delivery

After customs clearance is completed, your package is delivered to your address.

In reality? It doesn't happen often. From our experience, most orders arrive without any additional charges. It's occasional, not regular. Many customers have ordered multiple times and never paid customs fees.

We ship to most countries worldwide. If your country is available, you'll see it in the shipping options at checkout. Some remote areas may have limited service options.

Lost packages are rare, but they happen. If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us. For EMS shipments, we can file an official inquiry with Japan Post. We'll work with you to resolve the situation.

Please take photos of the damaged packaging and products, then contact us immediately. We'll arrange a replacement or refund. Keep all packaging materials until the issue is resolved.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we'll update the address. Once shipped, address changes are difficult or impossible — the package will go to the original address.

Yes, Japan Post can deliver to PO boxes in most countries. However, we recommend a physical address when possible for faster delivery.

You'll receive an email notification with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or contact us.

Sometimes tracking updates are delayed, especially during customs processing or when transferring between postal services. If there's no update for more than 7 days (EMS) or 14 days (ePacket Light), contact us and we'll investigate.
