1. Shipping

1.1. Delivery by transport companies to the customer.

1.2. Delivery of the order to the shipping company for free.

1.3. Deadlines for receipt of the order depends on the delivery address and the region and the work of particular service delivery.

1.4. We ship supplements and cosmetics in 5-8 business days excluding weekends and holidays.

1.5. It is the customer's obligation to check all import regulations and receive parcels and pay any taxes or dues that are to be paid according to local law.

1.6. If for some reason parcel returns the customer is to pay the return shipping fee and second shipping fee. If customers fail to pay order is deemed to be voided by customer will and goods are disposed of. If a parcel returns due to a mistake on Naturacare side (incorrect address, name, etc due to manual input / human factor), we pay the return fee and shipping fee. 

1.7. By default we state goods price not exceeding 30 USD per parcel to secure parcels from thieves during transportation. If you need goods to be fully insured please advise in the comments (you will need to pay an insurance fee of 3%). If a parcel is damaged we can only refund within the amount of declared value. If you need full insurance please instruct us. If you do not instruct us we can not refund in full. Please pay attention big price may result in the parcel's check and additional taxation as per the regulations of your country.

1.8. Custom clearance supported clause means we shall offer all support you might need to import medicines, including paperwork or certificates (if available) / invoices issued. Please inquiry for details.

2. Payment for the Goods

2.1. The price of the goods specified in the shop for one.

2.2. The price of the goods in the online store may be changed unilaterally by the Seller. The price of goods ordered by the Customer can not be changed.

2.3. Payment shall be made by Visa or Mastercard Credit cards. Prices are inclusive of consumption tax.

2.4. The shipment is carried out at 100% prepayment.

2.5. Seller shall be entitled to provide the Customer Discount for goods and install the program bonuses. Types of discounts, bonuses, terms, and conditions specified in the calculation of the online shop and can be changed unilaterally by the Seller.
