Refund policy

Returns and refunds.

1. We shall send a substitute for free if we ship the wrong or damaged item. Please advise within 5 days from receipt of the parcel.

2. We shall accept returns on unsealed and unopened supplements deducting delivery fee and 50% service fee in case you decide to return items. Please contact us.

3. In case the parcel is returned by the delivery service please refer to the shipping policy

4. In case the parcel is damaged please refer to the shipping policy. In order to state the full value, you will need to pay the insurance fee. If this fee is not paid, the parcel shall not be subject to return or refunds.
